Aufgaben
- Lead and support the platform team through coaching and clear expectations
- Own the platform strategy and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives
- Manage team capacity and ensure strong execution and impact
- Provide technical direction for the AWS- and Kubernetes-based platform
- Guide architectural decisions balancing speed, reliability, security, and cost
- Oversee cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
- Ensure secure, resilient, and well-managed AWS environments
- Drive improvements to CI/CD and developer experience
- Align stakeholders and remove friction for product teams
- Champion observability and reliability with robust logging and metrics
- Ensure effective incident response practices
- Partner with product, engineering, security, and operations teams
- Align standards and resolve cross-team issues
- Support smooth service integration
- Maintain platform quality by steering tech-debt reduction
- Ensure documentation aligns with security and compliance expectations
