Aufgaben
- Lead planning and execution of workshops, events, and community formats
- Own operational workstreams end to end
- Identify and qualify AI opportunities with sales teams, business units, and customers
- Map customer needs to Siemens AI portfolio, research, and experts
- Facilitate and moderate workshops with customers, business leaders, and technical experts
- Track engagement impact and create success stories
- Evolve workshop methodologies, facilitation formats, and engagement approaches
- Own and manage the Siemens AI Lab engagement pipeline
- Collaborate with stakeholders from corporate units, business units, sales, and expert communities
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize new engagement opportunities
- Build strong stakeholder relationships for long-term engagement opportunities
- Design and execute high-impact event formats
- Develop internal and external engagement formats
- Oversee operational execution of AI Lab events
- Represent the Siemens AI Lab at conferences, meetings, and events
- Drive operations across the Siemens AI Lab
- Improve processes, tools, and ways of working
- Challenge existing workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Experiment with emerging AI capabilities for practical improvements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational effectiveness
