Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end delivery, including scoping, planning, staffing, execution, and risk management
- Orchestrate multi-workstream engagements and create clarity in ambiguous situations
- Drive development and implementation of AI strategies and operating models
- Develop high-value (agentic) AI use case portfolios for clients
- Navigate and align stakeholder landscapes, resolving conflicting agendas
- Deliver difficult messages diplomatically and build partner relationships
- Lead cross-functional project teams and assign responsibilities
- Coach team members and create teachable moments
- Identify expansion opportunities during delivery
- Contribute to proposals with meaningful ownership
- Supply credible sizing, staffing, and timeline options while protecting margin
- Build a recognized specialization in a topic or industry
- Design custom approaches for novel client situations
- Stay at the frontier of state-of-the-art AI research and emerging capabilities
- Co-own topics within the Strategy & Transformation team
- Develop assets that scale our offering
- Share patterns and lessons learned through case shares
