Aufgaben

• •Collaborate with the recruitment outsource provider to align new collaterals with EVPs and company tone
• •Manage the career site to ensure it effectively communicates employer value propositions
• •Support the Global Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Associate Director in various projects
• •Review and enhance employer value propositions
• •Assist in developing a Brand Ambassador Program
• •Contribute to the strategic content calendar
