- Knowledge of international payroll tax regimes
- Knowledge of stock-based compensation
- Extensive knowledge of payroll systems
- Knowledge of payroll controls
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to be flexible and adapt to rapidly changing work environments
- Ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities
- Ability to adapt to competing priorities
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Implement Global Payroll System
- Manage daily payroll compliance
- Process payroll accurately and timely
- Handle remittances and filings with tax authorities
- Ensure timely payments to employees
- Gather and register pension and health insurance information
- Provide documents for employee signatures
- Conduct payroll inductions for new starters and transfers
- Maintain payroll files and records
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and payroll suppliers
- Partner with HR and external payroll service providers
- Ensure accurate payroll data inputs and validation
- Post month-end journals and flux reports
- Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliation
- Handle payroll accounting
- Provide day-to-day assistance to employee inquiries
- Educate and support employees as needed
