Aufgaben
- Set the regional compliance strategy
- Develop and update strategic compliance policies
- Manage day-to-day compliance program operations
- Deliver training and create educational materials
- Conduct risk assessments of overseen entities
- Manage whistleblowing and conflict of interest checks
- Perform third-party screening for M&A processes
- Collaborate with sustainability, legal, and HR functions
- Promote a culture of integrity and accountability
- Advise business units on international data protection
- Assess projects for GDPR and AI Act compliance
- Maintain records of processing and privacy notices
- Draft and review data processing agreements
- Handle data breaches and communicate with authorities
- Conduct data protection audits and awareness sessions
- Evaluate new technologies and digital business models
- Report status updates to regional leadership teams
- Manage EMEA compliance and data protection staff
