- Ensure consistent and practical governance documentation
- Define and oversee DLP control framework
- Set mandatory controls and governance expectations
- Ensure clear accountability and separation of duties
- Monitor adherence to DLP requirements
- Support corrective actions for identified gaps
- Conduct data leakage risk assessments
- Advise on risk implications and mitigation options
- Assess impact of changes on DLP governance
- Manage audit and assurance activities
- Provide governance evidence and expert input
- Oversee remediation activities
- Ensure DLP service aligns with policies and risk expectations
- Monitor service performance and operational stability
- Report on KPIs, SLAs, and recurring issues
- Coordinate incidents and changes with delivery teams
- Drive continuous improvement of DLP service
- Enhance user experience and service effectiveness
- Serve as primary DLP governance contact
- Provide expert guidance on DLP requirements
- Advise on DLP implications for projects and changes
