- Manage candidate outreach to offer
- Partner with hiring managers
- Provide recruitment progress updates
- Maintain accurate ATS records
- Track key performance indicators
- Inform recruitment strategies with data
- Assist with basic HR operations
- Handle ad-hoc HR queries
- Act as local HR point of contact
- Liaise with the central People Team
- Support culture-building initiatives
- Support office activities
