- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and precise communication.
- Ensure equipment safety and performance.
- Sell service repairs.
- Manage sales lead volume and quality.
- Process sales leads.
- Resolve customer service quality complaints.
- Resolve customer invoicing complaints for maintenance operations.
- Ensure safety for end-users, sites, and technicians.
- Deliver service according to contract, time limits, quality standards, and regulations.
- Control field operations costs and CMII.
- Sell callouts and service repairs.
- Manage proximity stock content and value.
- Manage third-party inspection visits.
- Coordinate follow-up actions for inspections.
- Validate service contract technical terms with salespeople.
- Support maintenance of foreign equipment at LIS base.
- Help KC3 resolve technician callout assignment conflicts.
- Solve and close open callouts.
- React to stopped equipment or safety issues.
- Reduce callouts in your assigned area.
- Review manual callout and service repair invoices.
- Ensure timely completion of planned maintenance visits.
- Schedule planned maintenance and optimize routing.
- Perform site audits.
- Investigate accidents following company policy.
- Follow company policy for evidence custody.
- Handle internal accident reporting.
- Control and authorize overtime.
- Manage performance of assigned technicians.
- Foster technician motivation and competence development.
- Determine and check technician performance objectives.
- Communicate with technicians.
- Manage technician absences and back-up.
- Schedule callout technicians.
- Validate technician timesheets before payroll.
- Assign equipment and balance technician workload.
- Define technician capacity needs.
- Manage technician hiring and selection process.
- Define and authorize technician tool replacements.
- Manage technician tools, vans, phones/PDAs, and instruments.
