- •Ability to give training/coaching
Aufgaben
- •Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- •Communicate proactively and precisely with customers on-site
- •Report work performed accurately and in real-time
- •Maintain excellent relationships with customers and end-users
- •Ensure equipment safety and performance
- •Manage the site environment during service operations
- •Identify and communicate site risks to the supervisor
- •Take immediate action on high-risk situations and follow escalation procedures
- •Identify unplanned service repairs and obtain approval for non-contract work
- •Ensure end-user and site safety during service operations
- •Follow safe working practices according to maintenance and safety instructions
- •Execute service visits, including planned maintenance and repairs, on schedule
- •Plan workload effectively with the service supervisor
- •Raise sales leads to the supervisor
- •Report work done accurately and timely according to processes
- •Submit time sheets based on executed work
- •Manage proximity stock, including inventory and spare part requests
- •Maintain service tools, van, and instruments in good condition
- •Provide feedback for product and method improvements to the PCM organization
- •Update the supervisor regularly on relevant information
- •Stay familiar with lift technology and attend required training
- •Train or coach nominated individuals as needed
