Aufgaben
- Serve as primary legal advisor to the German affiliate
- Provide legal advice on commercial operations, market access, and competition law
- Advise on healthcare compliance, contracting, and external stakeholder engagement
- Provide practical, risk-based legal advice
- Shape legal strategy for key European markets
- Partner with German and European leadership
- Provide in-market legal support for the German affiliate
- Support the General Manager and local leadership team
- Offer solution-oriented legal advice for business strategy
- Identify legal risks and opportunities
- Support product launch and commercialization in Germany
- Advise on commercial operations including Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs
- Provide legal support for promotional activities and patient support programs
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Support third-party due diligence and business partner management
- Lead legal support for pricing, reimbursement, and tenders
- Draft and negotiate market access agreements
- Assess the legal impact of evolving reimbursement policies
- Advise on German and European competition law issues
- Counsel teams on healthcare professional engagements and sponsorships
- Support adherence to pharmaceutical industry codes and internal policies
- Manage actual and threatened litigation
- Coordinate with external counsel on disputes and investigations
- Develop litigation strategy
- Manage legal holds, investigations, and dispute resolution
- Advise on German legal requirements impacting commercial operations
- Support implementation of new legislation
- Provide legal guidance on consumer protection and advertising
- Coordinate with specialist external counsel on local law matters
- Partner with Global Legal, Compliance, and other departments
- Support audits and compliance initiatives
- Develop and deliver legal training
- Select, instruct, and manage external counsel
- Oversee litigation budgets and legal spend
