Aufgaben
- Negotiate and structure commercial contracts
- Ensure GDPR compliance in data processing agreements
- Support Sales and Partner organizations in Central Region
- Review ITT/RFP requirements and draft legal responses
- Advise on proposed terms and conditions
- Collaborate with Central Region Legal lead in Munich
- Engage with global Legal Department and stakeholders
- Support ad hoc projects as directed
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments
- Advise stakeholders on regulatory implications
- Build and strengthen workflow processes
- Leverage AI tools and automation for efficiency
