- Master’s degree or PhD in Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Biostatistics, or related discipline
- 8 or more years of RWE experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO setting
- Deep expertise in secondary data use studies (claims, EMR, registries)
- Experience in primary data collection
- Experience across multiple healthcare environments (Europe, US, Asia)
- Proficiency with federated data networks
- Familiarity with data standards (OMOP CDM, FHIR)
- Strong methodological skills in epidemiology, pharmacology, pharmacovigilance
- Proven track record of leading global RWE strategy
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations
- Effective collaboration across clinical development, regulatory affairs, market access
- Experience in regulatory and/or payer submissions and interactions
- Thorough understanding of evolving RWE regulatory environment
- Clear and confident communication of complex scientific content
- Ability to translate complex scientific content for diverse audiences
- Fluent in English
- Experience with AI/ML applications in RWE (including NLP)
- Experience with patient-reported outcomes (PRO)
- Experience with health technology assessment
- Track record of thought leadership (publications, presentations, advisory)
