- •Embed the German PM team into the global product development structure
- •Derive Go-to-Market strategies for existing and upcoming products
- •Manage the product lifecycle with relevant stakeholders
- •Provide leadership and vision to Product Managers throughout the product life-cycle
- •Establish and promote strategic focus for product management
- •Identify key business opportunities and refine strategies
- •Highlight new technologies, partnerships, and start-ups for product development
- •Conduct complex data analysis and solve intricate problems
- •Request and review regular reporting on product or project status
- •Establish vision and objectives for client and strategic product meetings
