- Conduct continuous discovery directly with internal engineers
- Prioritize tasks based on delivery flow and system reliability
- Define and act on DevEx and flow metrics
- Design opinionated golden paths for common use cases
- Establish secure and cost-aware platform defaults
- Manage platform adoption and technical documentation
- Oversee system migrations and service deprecations
- Optimize system throughput by setting engineering standards
- Translate platform capabilities into improved engineering outcomes
