• Several years of experience as a manager

• Broad and up-to-date knowledge in cloud and web services

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Product Development department
• Staff and promote employees within the department
• Set targets for personnel, budget, and investment planning
• Monitor and control measures for target deviations
• Introduce, track, and evaluate department-relevant measures
• Identify and implement necessary structural changes
• Develop and implement strategies for complex system architectures
• Maintain customer-centric web technologies
• Evaluate and design sophisticated solution architectures
• Ensure availability and security in collaboration with other departments
• Implement and operate applications to defined SLAs at efficient costs
• Advise on architecture and design of the system network
• Ensure logical integrity and scalability of systems and teams
• Facilitate effective collaboration along the value chain
• Ensure uniform product delivery with the Framework Development department
• Utilize agile methods like SCRUM and Kanban for IT
• Adopt future-proof cloud technology and phase out legacy software
• Maintain scalability of the department
• Lead a matrix organization across multiple locations and countries
• Integrate vertical products into framework products sustainably
