Anforderungen
- •8+ years of experience in payment solutions, ERP integration, or fintech
- •Proven experience leading teams in B2B sales enablement
- •Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Net-Suite)
- •Knowledge of expense management platforms (Concur, Emburse, Cytric)
- •Knowledge of procurement tools (Coupa, SAP Ariba)
- •Expertise in virtual cards, payment automation, reconciliation workflows, and financial compliance
- •Experience working with issuers like AirPlus, Citi, and global financial service providers
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Project management experience
- •Fluency in German and English, spoken and written

- •Deliver tailored solution designs for efficiency and value
- •Lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders
- •Present payment solution architectures aligned with client IT systems
- •Serve as the technical liaison during the pre-sales process
- •Ensure solutions meet client requirements and best practices
- •Support customer acquisition by positioning payment integration
- •Optimize the sales process in partnership with the Sales Organization
- •Align with Product Management to develop new fintech solutions
- •Collaborate with Customer Implementation & Operations for smooth adoption
- •Drive partnerships to expand HRS’s payment capabilities
