Anforderungen

  • 8+ years of experience in payment solutions, ERP integration, or fintech
  • Proven experience leading teams in B2B sales enablement
  • Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Net-Suite)
  • Knowledge of expense management platforms (Concur, Emburse, Cytric)
  • Knowledge of procurement tools (Coupa, SAP Ariba)
  • Expertise in virtual cards, payment automation, reconciliation workflows, and financial compliance
  • Experience working with issuers like AirPlus, Citi, and global financial service providers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project management experience
  • Fluency in German and English, spoken and written

  • Lead a team of solution consultants for HRS payment solutions
  • Manage the sales process from opportunity handover to implementation
  • Maximize conversion rates and reduce time-to-market
  • Streamline processes to improve team performance
  • Measure sales funnel for PAY products and allocate resources
  • Define initiatives to enhance team performance
  • Establish internal and external governance processes
  • Collaborate with issuers and clients to understand payment requirements
  • Deliver tailored solution designs for efficiency and value
  • Lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders
  • Present payment solution architectures aligned with client IT systems
  • Serve as the technical liaison during the pre-sales process
  • Ensure solutions meet client requirements and best practices
  • Support customer acquisition by positioning payment integration
  • Optimize the sales process in partnership with the Sales Organization
  • Align with Product Management to develop new fintech solutions
  • Collaborate with Customer Implementation & Operations for smooth adoption
  • Drive partnerships to expand HRS’s payment capabilities
