- Excellent organizational savvy

- Lead EAP initiatives across European assets
- Design EAP initiatives across European assets
- Implement EAP initiatives across European assets
- Serve as primary contact for EAP teams
- Manage EAP vendors
- Support teams understanding EAP's impact on clinical programs
- Build trusting relationships with European patient societies
- Build trusting relationships with European professional societies
- Compliantly engage partners for patient insights
- Support compliant interactions with HTA bodies
- Support internal programs to bring patient voice to employees
