Aufgaben
- Oversee European medical information call center operations
- Develop and maintain standard and custom response letters
- Create FAQs and inquiry response guidance documents
- Gather insights from clinical and biology stakeholders
- Ensure content aligns with scientific and clinical data
- Manage unsolicited inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients
- Act as Medical Reviewer for MLR processes
- Develop dossiers for market access and payer engagement
- Review promotional and non-promotional materials for accuracy
- Analyze inquiry trends to inform medical strategy
- Support companion diagnostic communication and compendia submissions
- Staff medical information booths at scientific congresses
- Establish internal SOPs and compliance processes
- Train and support medical information call center vendors
- Report performance metrics to senior management
- Monitor scientific publications and clinical trial data
