Anforderungen
- University degree in life sciences, engineering, manufacturing, operations, business, logistics or equivalent experience
- 10+ years progressive managerial experience in pharmaceutical environment, ideally with manufacturing and packaging of solid dose forms knowledge
- 10+ years management experience
- Track record of delivering continuous improvement/OEE practices with strong management and leadership principles
- Commercially oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and experience delivering change management programmes to improve efficiencies
- Strong experience with Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Lean and Six Sigma or similar efficiency improvement programmes preferred
- Fluency in English and German
- Ability to be on site 5 days a week
- Relocation support for qualified candidates
Aufgaben
- Lead safe, GMP-compliant, cost-efficient manufacturing and packaging processes
- Supervise and develop Heads of Production for Packaging and Manufacturing
- Establish and maintain appropriate organizational structure and staffing levels
- Drive change initiatives and foster associate involvement
- Develop and implement KPIs for continuous improvement
- Ensure actions to enhance cost efficiency, safety, quality, and compliance
- Build and develop a committed team for order fulfillment
- Plan and schedule orders and personnel
- Implement and share best practices for productivity and quality
- Develop and maintain process and capital improvement plans
- Collaborate with Black Belts/Lean Six Sigma associates
- Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing, Standard Work, Six Sigma, TQM
- Perform additional duties as assigned
