- •Experience in Operational Excellence, transformation, or organizational development
- •Proven leadership experience, ideally leading small teams
- •Ability to lead through influence and authority
- •University degree in engineering, computer science, or comparable
- •Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile
- •Experience with KPI and OKR frameworks
- •Excellent English and very good German skills
- •Strong analytical mindset and personal impact
- •Passion for guiding people through change

- •Establish standards and governance for transformation practices
