  • Lead and develop a team of project managers
  • Guide project managers through complex engineering projects
  • Build systems for efficient customer onboarding and product definition
  • Oversee prototyping, testing, certification, and production preparation

  • Help customers integrate software and hardware into their products
  • Maintain strong relationships with customer organizations
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to influence roadmaps
  • Assess business value of feature requests
  • Coordinate internal development teams to deliver features on time
  • Act as a bridge between customer-facing teams and engineering
  • Drive continuous improvement in project processes
  • Standardize methods for prototyping and testing
  • Enhance documentation for customer autonomy
