- •7+ years B2B SaaS Customer Success experience
- •Experience scaling organization to €50m ARR
- •Revenue-focused mindset for Customer Success
- •Ability to own NRR, GRR, and expansion
- •Experience managing high-volume and enterprise customers
- •Strategic thinking and hands-on approach
- •Ability to design processes from scratch
- •Value for structure
- •Clear and confident communication skills
- •Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders
- •Passion and enthusiasm
