Director Marketing Oncology - Solid Tumors(m/w/x)
Leading marketing strategy and tactical plan development for solid tumor oncology medicines at a pharmaceutical company. 3+ years solid tumor marketing experience in German market, preferably Breast Cancer, required. Integrated marketing strategy development and budget oversight.

- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements for marketing materials
- Undergraduate Degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or equivalent
- Solid experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Good working knowledge of German and oncology pricing/reimbursement landscape
- Strong track record and experience in field roles (e.g., pharmaceutical sales)
- Strong marketing experience in oncology market, preferably Breast Cancer
- Competent experience with Microsoft Office products
- Preferred people management experience
- Preferred e-Marketing experience

- Manage a marketing team
- Lead planning, development, and implementation of integrated marketing strategies
- Lead planning, development, and implementation of associated tactical plans
- Evaluate plans using performance and tracking metrics
- Manage the marketing budget
- Lead the German Oncology Brand Team
- Develop cross-functional activities aligned with brand strategy
- Build effective relationships with experts and key stakeholders
- Develop effective engagement plans with experts and stakeholders
- Align brand strategy with sales execution
- Drive robust POA meetings with sales leadership
- Ensure strong commercial presence at Oncology Congresses
- Align commercial presence with internal stakeholders
- Develop impactful Patient Advocacy Group engagement strategies with Public Affairs
- Drive innovative Multi-Channel-Marketing activities
- Liaise with IHQ to align German campaigns with Global plans
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Collaborate closely with agencies
- Monitor the market environment continually
- Leverage market research to optimize marketing plans
- Leverage analytics to optimize marketing plans
- Leverage market research to optimize marketing tactics
- Leverage analytics to optimize marketing tactics
- Ensure marketing activities comply with Gilead SOP
