- Systems-minded leader understanding technology's operational importance in healthcare diagnostics
- Ability to effectively influence technical teams and executive leadership
- Comfort stepping into transformative environment and laying scalable foundations
- Business fluent knowledge of English
- Ability to travel within Europe as needed
Aufgaben
- Drive operational excellence in European IT operations
- Enhance service delivery standards for regional IT
- Support modernization of core systems
- Lead IT service delivery and infrastructure support
- Ensure operational resilience and high service quality
- Identify and resolve technology friction points
- Act as primary IT contact during M&A integrations
- Support TSA exit plans and system transitions
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for systems and tools
- Implement best practices in monitoring and incident management
- Standardize endpoints with Global Infrastructure & Operations
- Establish and document processes and KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement in IT operations
- Coach and mentor regional technical staff
- Build future-ready capabilities across the team
- Collaborate with architecture and security teams
- Align with global technology roadmaps and governance standards
