- Serve as primary contact for IT operations during M&A.
- Support TSA exit plans and system transitions.
- Evaluate systems, tools, and vendor relationships.
- Recommend improvements aligned with enterprise standards.
- Partner with Global Infrastructure & Operations teams.
- Implement best practices in monitoring and incident management.
- Establish and document processes, metrics, and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement in operations.
- Coach and mentor regional technical staff.
- Collaborate with architecture and security teams.
- Ensure alignment with global technology roadmaps.
