In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of health and safety programs across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of safety. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with leadership, conducting audits, and enhancing security measures to protect employees and assets.

Aufgaben

• •Design and implement health and safety programs across all EMEA DCs
• •Continuously enhance health and safety strategies to meet industry standards
• •Provide technical expertise and foster collaboration across the organization
• •Empower direct reports to identify risks and recommend safety adjustments
• •Develop health and safety programs compliant with local regulations
• •Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• •Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
• •Implement employee training on safety protocols and emergency procedures
• •Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends
• •Own the security strategy within each DC in collaboration with leadership
• •Manage physical security measures, including access control and surveillance
• •Investigate and resolve theft and operational shortages in the DC network
• •Collaborate with Digital Technology and Asset Protection teams for security
• •Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and law enforcement
• •Develop and test crisis management and business continuity plans
