  • •Define and execute the seasonal apparel assortment strategy
  • •Partner with Category and Global Merchandising teams
  • •Build consumer-right assortments to maximize revenue
  • •Continuously monitor market trends and consumer behavior
  • •Analyze the competitive landscape for assortment decisions
  • •Collaborate with Retail, E-commerce, Buying, and Marketing teams
  • •Influence buys, brand mapping, and visual merchandising
  • •Maintain a strong feedback loop with stores and internal partners
  • •Adapt strategies based on real-time business performance
  • •Champion a culture of innovation in assortments
  • •Ensure assortments reflect consumer needs and cultural trends
