- Own evolution and scaling of DKV Cockpit & App products

- Define and communicate product vision and outcome-oriented roadmaps
- Set clear priorities and measurable success metrics
- Lead and develop Product Managers
- Establish clear ownership, decision boundaries, and expectations
- Build strong, empowered product teams
- Ensure efficient, predictable, and high-quality delivery
- Set standards for prioritization, quality, and testability
- Manage dependencies and risks
- Align priorities with Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
- Optimize end-to-end customer journeys
- Provide management-ready reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes
