  • Translate business unit strategies into scalable customer engagement models
  • Act as strategic partner for Sales and Marketing leaders
  • Own AI strategy and roadmap for German affiliate
  • Prioritize and deliver high-impact AI use cases
  • Build and adopt AI capabilities
  • Inject external best practices and insights
  • Own CRM strategy and local governance
  • Partner with local and global stakeholders
  • Lead digital commercial infrastructure for omnichannel engagement
  • Ensure stable operations and adoption of digital tools
  • Design and evolve sales force structures
  • Support data-driven resource allocation
  • Establish governance and processes for SFE
  • Manage incentive compensation for field teams
  • Design and administer incentive plans
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Continuously evolve incentive frameworks
  • Advise on omnichannel engagement strategies
  • Optimize customer journeys based on performance data
  • Foster innovation in customer engagement
  • Lead and inspire the C&FFE team
  • Build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify and drive innovation opportunities
