- Translate business unit strategies into scalable customer engagement models
- Act as strategic partner for Sales and Marketing leaders
- Own AI strategy and roadmap for German affiliate
- Prioritize and deliver high-impact AI use cases
- Build and adopt AI capabilities
- Inject external best practices and insights
- Own CRM strategy and local governance
- Partner with local and global stakeholders
- Lead digital commercial infrastructure for omnichannel engagement
- Ensure stable operations and adoption of digital tools
- Design and evolve sales force structures
- Support data-driven resource allocation
- Establish governance and processes for SFE
- Manage incentive compensation for field teams
- Design and administer incentive plans
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Continuously evolve incentive frameworks
- Advise on omnichannel engagement strategies
