  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven performance optimization
  • Deep experience in connections planning and communications strategy, track record of channel-agnostic brand campaigns
  • Strong understanding of advertising, targeting, marketing technology (ATL), and cross-channel orchestration
  • Deep understanding of testing frameworks for media mix optimization (e.g., geo lift, brand lift studies)
  • Experience with marketing measurement and analytical models (e.g., MMM)
  • Ability to write concise, clear, data-driven strategies in narrative format
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders

  • Manage a substantial media budget across 16 markets.
  • Allocate budget across ATL and online reach channels.
  • Ensure effective and impactful brand reach.
  • Create lasting and meaningful brand impressions.
  • Spearhead strategy and execution for marketing budget.
  • Optimize marketing budget against ROI/ROAS and brand goals.
  • Shape brand narratives across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Lead connections planning to effectively reach consumers.
  • Deliver the right message at the right time and platform.
  • Partner with teams to optimize the integrated marketing mix.
  • Build a center of excellence for integrated comms planning.
  • Develop ATL media buying expertise for local markets.
  • Act as a thought leader in media and comms planning.
  • Build media strategy for diverse brands and international markets.
  • Develop channel-agnostic connections strategies.
  • Unify brand messaging across diverse platforms.
  • Inform strategies with consumer journey insights.
  • Champion media innovation and a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Innovate audience reach strategies.
  • Lead development of audience-first communication frameworks.
  • Align creative, media, and messaging across touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies.
  • Ensure seamless activation of integrated campaigns.
  • Build, lead, and develop a team of media experts.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
  • Utilize data-driven analysis and measurement.
  • Improve effectiveness and efficiency of performance channels.
  • Evolve measurement frameworks for brand building media.
  • Ensure effective ROI/ROAS with Analytics and Data Science teams.
  • Translate brand goals for strategy and activation teams.
  • Manage campaign execution and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign ROI and brand health metrics.
  • Embed consumer and cultural insights into all planning.
  • Lead cross-channel orchestration of brand objectives.
