Direct Sales Agent B2B(m/w/x)
Outbound sales of financial and insurance products to SMEs across Germany. Sales or telesales experience, ideally in finance/insurance, required. Up to €1,500 annual educational budget.
Anforderungen
- Experience in sales or telesales, ideally in finance or insurance
- Strong focus on closing deals and passion for customer success
- Ability to convey complex financial and software products clearly
- Structured and self-reliant work style with high self-motivation
- Empathy and understanding of small and medium-sized enterprises' needs
- Fluent in German, English skills advantageous
- Strong 'hunter' mindset for new business opportunities
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Team player with collaborative approach and flexibility
- Understanding of banking industry structures and processes
- Clear and precise communication in German and English
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly
Aufgaben
- Facilitate the successful placement of financial and insurance products for SMEs
- Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads independently until successful closure
- Enhance customer satisfaction and ensure long-term utilization of products
- Conduct active outbound calls to SMEs across Germany to promote financial products
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead identification in CRM to needs analysis and closure
- Perform daily outbound activities to meet monthly sales targets
- Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize customer support and uncover additional opportunities
- Secure partnerships with key banks and expand presence in the banking sector
- Increase revenue through solution-oriented sales and sustainable bank partnerships
- Onboard banks onto the platform and guide them to their first successful sale
- Identify key contacts at banks and build strategic relationships to close new deals
- Apply a consultative sales approach to tailor solutions to bank needs
- Support bank teams with presentations and training, creating necessary sales materials
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at banks for efficient communication
- Collaborate with internal teams on product updates, customer feedback, and sales progress
- Participate in networking events to build connections and stay informed on industry trends
- Provide regular updates and accurate forecasts to the leadership team on sales activities
