Anforderungen
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronics, or similar)
- Solid understanding of control logic and process automation, operational process digitalization
- Experience with MES, ERP, or traceability systems
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI / Tableau, RPA tools (for example: Power Automate) and industrial IoT solutions
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Technical English (written and spoken) and Italian at least intermediate
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and industrial automation systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, IBA) is an advantage

- Manage technology suppliers
- Support system integrators
- Ensure safety, quality, and cybersecurity compliance
- Train end users
- Support change management activities
