In this role, you will partner with various business units to drive digital transformation by identifying opportunities and executing IT projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic planning, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, Digital Transformation, IT, or related field
• •5+ years of experience in a similar role
• •Intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement mindset
• •Customer-focused mindset
• •Strong stakeholder engagement, change management, and leadership skills
• •Hands-on experience in project scoping, feasibility studies, and budget planning
• •Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
• •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• •Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is an advantage
