Anforderungen

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Programming, Production, or related field
  • Multiple years of IT operations experience
  • Proven track record in IT project preparation, approval processes, planning, and delivery
  • Very good written and verbal communication in German and English
  • Prior experience with ERP, LIMS, MES, or documentation management systems
  • Prior experience collaborating with experts in Databricks, Power Platform, and Power BI
  • Familiarity with data management frameworks
  • SCRUM Master or Agile methodologies training
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Solid understanding of technology systems, IT infrastructure, and agile methodologies
  • Team-thinking and desire to work in cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in user requirements gathering and business analysis
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • High resilience, flexibility, and leading through complexity
  • Creativity and agility
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness for continuous learning and personal development

Aufgaben

  • Lead high-impact DD&T initiatives end-to-end
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget
  • Oversee project risks and vendors
  • Ensure project governance
  • Provide crisp, high-quality reporting to leadership
  • Guide cross-functional pods through approvals and execution
  • Remove blockers quickly
  • Implement agile ways of working
  • Plan and coordinate DD&T projects
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery
  • Ensure on-time and on-budget project completion
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Report project status
  • Ensure compliance with Takeda project management procedures
  • Update project management tools for data quality
  • Coordinate project teams with stakeholders
  • Escalate obstacles to ensure timely delivery
  • Drive projects through the approval process
  • Procure required project resources
  • Coordinate project steering committee meetings
  • Involve experts and remote teams for progress
  • Monitor progress and costs against targets
  • Report project status to leadership
