- Analyze and document retail technology processes
- Map store systems and omnichannel flows
- Document order management and fulfillment systems
- Support clienteling and retail technology documentation
- Contribute to GenAI use-case discovery
- Perform functional analysis for GenAI initiatives
- Conduct prompt experimentation and performance evaluation
- Translate business needs into functional requirements
- Develop solution concepts from user needs
- Collaborate with product owners and engineers
- Coordinate with data teams and stakeholders
- Generate data insights and dashboards
- Support pilot initiatives and proof-of-concepts
- Drive continuous improvement for digital platforms
