Aufgaben
- Drive rapid experimentation across e-commerce platforms
- Evaluate and test digital tools and workflows
- Improve brand experiences and team productivity
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Research emerging trends in AI and digital experience
- Present findings and recommendations to the team
- Craft and refine prompts for internal AI tools
- Develop guardrails for content ideation and consumer insights
- Frame business problems into testable hypotheses
- Design lightweight experiments and A/B tests
- Define success metrics and report on outcomes
- Participate in dedicated skill-building workshops
- Complete a collaborative internal consulting project
- Work one day in-store to gain brand insights
- Network with peers and senior leadership
