- Several years of experience in Digital Art Direction, Visual Design, and UI/UX Design
- Strong sense of layout, visual hierarchy, typography, animation, composition, and digital aesthetics
- Proficiency with design and motion tools (Figma or similar)
- Interest and experience in using AI tools for design or content
- Independent, structured work style with high quality standards and strong execution skills
- Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration and open mindset
- Experience in creative direction of projects and teams
- Ability to translate complex UX, Business, and Tech requirements into visual concepts and layouts
Aufgaben
- Shape the IONOS shop's digital experience.
- Develop concepts based on data and user needs.
- Ensure modern, user-centric, high-performance appearance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, and Data.
- Continuously improve visual quality, usability, and conversion.
- Design new landing pages and shop funnels.
- Design other digital touchpoints.
- Ideate and design new concepts for shop optimization.
- Manage specific product areas end-to-end.
- Manage IONOS Group brands end-to-end.
- Coordinate with Development, Tech, and Agencies.
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Design and optimize UX concepts and visuals.
- Design and optimize interactions and motion designs.
- Target international shop segments.
- Balance visual creativity, user perspective, and conversion goals.
- Support development of the group-wide Design System.
- Contribute proactively with new ideas.
- Test 'moonshot' concepts.
