- Lead and grow a team of Dev Ops Engineers
- Hire the local German team in compliance with regulations
- Manage the team to drive and optimize business outcomes
- Cooperate with counterparts in other countries and the Global Delivery team
- Support customer-facing activities as needed
- Inspire and motivate the team
- Recruit top talent for team growth
- Accountable for annual goals for the team or department
- Lead by example and share knowledge with direct reports
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations processes using modern Dev Ops principles
- Monitor key KPIs for the team, such as SLA for Availability and TTR
- Represent SAP to customers and partners
