- Strong proficiency in Python and/or R, UNIX/Linux, ML frameworks
- Proven ability to handle large datasets and data analysis packages for 'omics data analysis and visualization
- Dynamic personality with passion for innovation and problem-solving

- Strengthen biological interpretation and hypothesis generation
- Curate and quality control large-scale plant ’omics datasets
- Ensure data integrity and reproducibility
- Develop and integrate new data analysis tools
- Validate findings iteratively
- Communicate findings to diverse audiences
- Identify data needs and provide recommendations
- Ensure data integrity for analyses
- Collaborate to deliver new approaches
- Share learnings and drive innovation
- Work with R&D IT and software developers
- Deploy predictive model applications
- Support change management initiatives
- Manage data more effectively
