Anforderungen
- PhD or engineering degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, statistics, applied mathematics, physics, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a senior consultant or engineer in AI and data science
- Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, NLP, and generative AI
- Good knowledge of TensorFlow, LangChain, Vanna.ai, Dataiku, and LLM models
- Entrepreneurial spirit focused on achieving quick tangible results
- Ability to work in a team and propose consensual solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical audiences
Aufgaben
- Conceptualize and implement AI functions for assigned use cases
- Collaborate with internal and external experts on AI initiatives
- Advise business units on optimal AI technology usage
- Process AI and data analysis application cases across functional areas
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions
- Select and develop relevant AI models for each use case
- Choose algorithms based on specific application needs
- Participate in the development cycle for AI algorithms
- Adapt models to meet business unit constraints
- Supervise deployment and ensure scalability of models
- Coordinate interactions with software systems and hardware components
- Design AI-based solutions using Generative AI and LLM architectures
- Promote knowledge sharing through workshops and hackathons
- Contribute to the internal expert network
- Drive change management through training and demonstrations
- Prepare technical offers for AI and Data Science projects
- Support client needs by proposing innovative AI solutions
