Aufgaben

  • Design, implement, and operate data pipelines for manufacturing data
  • Ingest data from MES, SAP, equipment databases, historian systems, applications, and production assets
  • Provide quality-assured, contextualized data for downstream systems, data science, and AI use cases
  • Act as an AI Ambassador to drive AI adoption in manufacturing
  • Create AI-ready data pipelines
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP, data, validation, and governance requirements
  • Design, develop, operate, and maintain robust data pipelines for manufacturing systems data integration
  • Manage and support data store, data lake, and data warehouse environments
  • Harmonize and provision manufacturing data using AWS services
  • Work with Databricks as a data lake for data science and AI use cases
  • Develop program code for large-scale ETL/ELT processes
  • Make technology and system decisions for ETL/ELT deployment and operation
  • Work with GitHub and established DevOps, version control, and documentation practices
  • Design interfaces and perform data transformations using integration platforms like Node-RED
  • Design and implement equipment connectivity and interfaces via OPC UA
  • Implement associated data pipelines for manufacturing asset integration
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to develop and implement predictive models and advanced analytics
  • Promote responsible, user-focused, and compliant AI use in pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Lead and contribute to initiatives integrating AI into manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with internal functions, central platform teams, and the global data science community
  • Work with external partners including suppliers, technology providers, universities, consultants, and industry partners
