- Practical experience implementing data quality concepts
- Practical experience ensuring compliance
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) is advantageous
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is advantageous
- Experience with event sourcing is advantageous
- Experience with data catalogs is advantageous
- Experience with infrastructure as code is advantageous
- Fluent in English
- German knowledge is nice-to-have

- Develop and harmonize scalable, international data model
- Analyze existing data structures
- Define mapping rules between legacy and target systems
- Establish and oversee data governance processes
- Ensure data quality and consistency
- Assess data completeness
- Identify data inconsistencies
- Define clear ownership models for customer data
- Ensure accountability across systems and countries
- Act as key point of contact for data modeling
- Serve as subject matter expert for data quality and integration design
- Collaborate with architecture, platform, and business teams
- Contribute to inner source initiatives
- Drive quality and standards in internal engineering community
- Provide and discuss innovative solution approaches
- Suggest improvements in development
