Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field
- Cyber security experience in complex IT/OT systems, particularly critical infrastructure and network design
- Experience in planning, costing, and implementation of cyber-security measures (network architectures, firewall configurations, backup solutions, SOC/SIEM systems, security monitoring)
- Understanding of commercial and business relationships
- Independent and proactive working style, willingness to take ownership and responsibility
- Strong communication skills, high customer orientation, and sales mindset
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken); French is an advantage
- Interest in international collaboration and willingness to travel worldwide

- Shape and deliver cyber security strategies
- Support secure and reliable network operations
- Execute professional services for network and substation control systems
- Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions
- Ensure delivery of agreed services and projects
- Monitor and develop the service portfolio
- Support sales in solution design, costing, and bid preparation
- Assist engineering in implementing cyber security topics
