Anforderungen
- Degree in Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
- Additional certifications in cybersecurity and networking
- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
- Hands-on experience with security products
- Practical experience with networking equipment
- Familiarity with SOC
- Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, and DCS systems
- Strong teamwork and resilience under pressure
- Ability to collaborate in a matrix organization
- Willingness to work intensively and travel
- High self-learning ability and initiative
Aufgaben
- Conduct cybersecurity surveys and assessments
- Implement regulatory requirements, including NIST
- Initiate and manage cybersecurity projects and work plans
- Integrate new technologies in networking and cybersecurity
- Enhance security levels in operational and security networks
- Collaborate closely with IT and ICS teams across plants
- Interact with regulatory bodies as needed
