In this role, you will support customs documentation processes and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with customers and internal teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve organizing transport arrangements and resolving operational issues in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Anforderungen

• •Interest and motivation to learn about logistics and customs regulations
• •Practical experience in logistics or customs clearance (ATLAS)
• •Strong organizational skills
• •Proactive team player with focus on accuracy and process excellence
• •Good communication skills in German and English
• •Working knowledge of MS Office and adaptability to new systems
• •Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving and negotiation skills
• •Fluency in German and residency in or relocation to Bremerhaven area

Aufgaben

• •Prepare and submit documentation for import, export, and transshipment cargo
• •Ensure accurate and timely data entry across systems
• •Maintain compliance with regulations, including the Union Customs Code and Veterinary Authority requirements
• •Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• •Organize transport arrangements and container inspections
• •Monitor and maintain permits, authorizations, and licenses
• •Assist in resolving operational issues
• •Liaise with stakeholders such as warehouses, trucking companies, surveyors, and authorities
• •Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• •Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
