- Communicate with patients and doctors via the platform
- Manage consultation flows
- Onboard new patients
- Resolve patient tickets proactively
- Make outbound calls to ensure high service standards
- Work with pharmacy, nurses, and prescribers
- Ensure timely and convenient order delivery
- Monitor and share patient sentiment
- Escalate issues and fix bugs
- Contribute to product and service improvements
- Support process documentation building and maintenance
- Manage the Facebook community
- Approve Facebook community members
- Post weekly updates on Facebook
- Adapt to changing needs and take on new responsibilities
- Participate in product launches
- Build and implement new processes and tools
