- Handle telephone and written correspondence with customers
- Increase revenue for DKV services and products
- Advise customers on new service developments
- Represent DKV as a reliable partner
- Process new customer applications
- Handle complaints, reminders, and credit issues
- Order and block DKV identification items
- Send identification items and onboarding documents
- Maintain pricing and conditions data
- Monitor incoming payments and credit limit overruns
- Prepare and issue quotations
