- •Account for client account set-up
- •Onboard freelancers from invitation to first payment
- •Pitch platform benefits to increase client autonomy
- •Handle incoming inquiries and escalate when necessary
- •Validate quotes and timesheets for non-autonomous clients
- •Oversee purchase orders and billing topics
- •Support VMS staffing and documentation processes
- •Drive project renewals by anticipating end dates
- •Partner with Account Managers to build relationships
- •Apply contract SLA clauses and penalty expertise
