In this role, you will engage with new public safety customers from the start, enhancing their experience through tailored marketing programs and events. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing projects, creating digital assets, and fostering customer advocacy to ensure lasting connections.

Anforderungen

• •At least five years of experience in marketing and communications
• •Customer service and customer success with intentionality
• •Highly organized and efficient with proven project management skills
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills
• •Event planning, management and execution
• •Knowledge and experience in Pardot, Salesforce and Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• •Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
• •Willingness to travel up to 20%
• •Background in public safety software sales or public safety marketing preferred
• •Fluency in English and German, proficiency in Spanish a strong plus

Aufgaben

• •Partner with new public safety customers to ensure engagement
• •Enhance customer marketing programs through 1:1 Account-based Marketing
• •Utilize digital marketing capabilities and events for customer advocacy
• •Manage projects to ensure timely delivery
• •Plan, manage, and execute customer events
• •Write and design digital assets like emails and landing pages
• •Develop communication cadence across teams and customer accounts
• •Customize graphic design for presentations and marketing materials
• •Create a customer advocacy program for speaking engagements and case studies
• •Capture qualitative and quantitative data for project health reviews
